It turns out the Cowboy Junkies are a really good band...damn good...sort of forgot about them over the years.

"Nightswimming" must be in the top 7 songs ever written...seriously...it's so good I can't always listen to it, just like I have to stop reading a book for a moment when it's really good....I need to pause and savor it.

Had the most amazing mock duck with red curry dish last night...and then a tofu scrambler this morning with vegetarian grain sausage...uber health here I come.

I found out there can be up over 400 chemicals used on non-organic coffee beans, especially those from third-world countries (all of them?). Drink the fair trade, organic stuff, eh?

Saw the documentary Who Killed the Electic Car? and my car now mocks me with its internal combustion engine. I can hear the gas pumps laughing when I fill up. I want an electric car. Too bad they don't exist in our country.

Today is my last day of contractual work for the school year. They gave me a card and a plant as a goodbye gift. Part of me will miss working this summer because it gives me somethng to do. Isn't that awfully sad?
